The session follows a simple, low-stimulus arc:• Gentle movement to reduce baseline activation
• Guided breathing and down-regulation
• Light sensory and attention-based resets
• Quiet integration timeEverything is designed to reduce load — not add insight.No personal sharing is required.
You participate at your own pace.
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Frequency: Twice per week
• Schedule: Weekday or weekend
• Time window: Afternoon (7:00–9:00 PM)
• Group size: 6–12 participants maximum
• Location: Halifax · Private, quiet venue (hotel or studio setting)
